Redhair Rosy’s Major-Label Debut Single Is a Double A-Side Featuring Their First-Ever Anime Tie-In Song
Redhair Rosy has unveiled details of its major-label debut single.
The release will be a double A-side single titled Kakeru / license. In conjunction with the
announcement, the band has also revealed a new artist photo.
The track “license” has been selected as the opening theme song for the television anime “Sekai Saikyou no Kouei: Meikyuukoku no Shinjin Tansakusha” (World’s Strongest Rearguard: The Novice Seeker of Labyrinth Country), scheduled to begin broadcasting on July 5, 2026.
A preview of the song can also be heard in the anime’s second promotional video, currently
available on YouTube.

“For Kakeru, I imagined a sheep with wings and wondered how far it could fly. At the same time, I wondered how far this band could soar across the wider world. The title reflects that sense of hope and anticipation.
I wrote the chorus with the hope that our listeners would sing along with us.
“license” is about moving forward together with friends and the strength that comes from having
people you can rely on. I wrote the song while reflecting on my own experiences and surroundings.”
